Garantia tailors special guarantees to fit the needs of lenders and other clients. These special guarantees include guarantees on asset repurchase obligations, investment guarantees, and service contract guarantees, for example.
Garantia also offers structured portfolio guarantee solutions for covering the credit risk of large credit portfolios. Garantia’s guarantees are eligible credit protection instruments as specified by the Capital Requirements Regulation (EU) 575/2013, enabling significant capital relief for credit institutions.
