Loan Guaranty

Loan guaranty is issued as security for loans and other liabilities. Garantia's guaranty is accepted as prime collateral by most Finnish creditors, for example banks and all pension insurance companies.

Guaranty on Mezzanine Financing Instruments

Guaranty on mezzanine financing instruments is issued as security for equity or mezzanine loan. Guaranty on mezzanine financing instruments may be solution to strengthen the solvency of the company and is typically used for financing acquisitions, change of ownership and general growth finance purposes of the company.

Fund Guaranty

Fund guaranty secures the capital invested for example in equity, fixed income or venture capital funds. Guaranty terms are tailor-made for the individual fund or investor. Fund guaranty usually covers the entire investment period of the long-term investment (a minimum of 3 years).

Commercial Bonds

Commercial bonds and guarantees are used to secure the completion of a bid, contract or delivery. Our range of commercial bond products can flexibly be used to meet the various guarantee needs in a wide range of business branches.
